After deciding on your preferred style and length, simply click the 'Start a Project' button for your chosen item. This action will guide you to our secure payment page, where you can complete the transaction using Paypal. (We'll be adding more payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express in the near future.) Post-purchase, you'll receive a production guiding questionnaire to download. After you place your order and fill out our questionnaire, we'll progress through the stages of scriptwriting, voice-over recording, storyboarding, and animation. This process typically takes between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on your selected package. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to your video, ensuring a smooth process. They will lead you through each step, providing a 'done-for-you' service for explainer/whiteboard packages, and a more collaborative 'done-with-you' approach for premium videos.  

Can an Explainer Video Really Convey all My Product/Service Details Effectively?

Absolutely! DynaVisuals specializes in high-converting scripts that efficiently communicate your core message within a brief timeframe. A 30-second video can cover key segments like problem definition, solution presentation, and a call to action, ensuring your message is conveyed effectively​

Can Customers Purchase More Than One Video?

Of course! You can also combine multiple orders to get a longer video, so if you order 4 X 30 second packages, you may produce 1 X 120 second video or 4 x 30 second videos for example. If you choose to do something like that, you'll need to let us know in the questionnaire we'll provide after your purchase. There will be a section where you can include special notes, and you can write as much as you wish to explain what you're going for.  

What Is the Maximum Amount of Content That Can Be Included in a 30-Second Video?

A script for 30 seconds typically comprises 75 words, allowing us to cover these key segments: defining the problem, presenting a solution, and a call to action. However, if you decide to extend your video's length during production, we can accommodate that by adjusting the duration and budget, subject to your consent.
